Our 3-day money-back guarantee
If a product did not help your decision, email us within 3 days of delivery and we will refund it. No questions asked.
The 3-day window starts when the product is delivered to you (normally right after purchase). Within that window you can request a full refund of the amount you paid, and we will approve it without asking you to justify the reason.
How to request a refund
Email support@relocateatlas.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- Your order or receipt number (from your purchase confirmation).
- The product you bought.
That is all we need. You do not have to explain why. If you have feedback on what was missing, we are glad to hear it, but it is never required for a refund.
Digital goods
Our products are digital PDF ebooks delivered instantly by email. Because there is nothing to return or ship, a refund simply reverses your payment and your access to the product ends. Please do not keep, copy, share, or continue to use a product after a refund is issued.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by DodoPayments, our merchant of record. Once we approve your refund, it is issued through DodoPayments back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days on our side. After that, it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to show the funds, depending on their own timelines.
Localized (PPP) pricing and refund amounts
Our prices vary by country to reflect local purchasing power, so the amount shown at checkout can differ from one buyer to another. Any refund is always for the exact amount you actually paid, in your original currency and to your original payment method.
Requests after the 3-day window
The guarantee covers the first 3 days after delivery. If you contact us after that window, we are not obliged to refund, but we still read every message and will try to help, especially if you had a genuine delivery or access problem. Please reach out.
Delivery or access problems
If you paid but did not receive your product, or cannot open your file, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most of these issues are quick to fix (for example, resending the download link), and we would rather get you the product you paid for.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please email us first at support@relocateatlas.com. We can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, including issuing a refund directly. Opening a chargeback before contacting us can lock the order in a dispute process that takes much longer for everyone.
